Sample Card - Designer: Annita Pedersen
I am dedicating today's image to Annita, our DT Leader from the Scandinavian Challenge blog. She is such an inspiration for anyone who is dedicated to lose weight and get in shape.
She said "One day I looked in the mirror and realized it was time to make a change in my life" What a change she made!!! Through a wholesome diet and lots of exercise she has lost 95 pounds since November. She says "I have gone down 9 dress sizes, I go to the gym 5 times a week, I run 4 times a week, I swim once every week and I ride 5 miles on my bike EVERY single day to work - even when it rains !" At first she was tired after running 5 yards and a month ago Annita finished her first 5K race!!!
All I can say is WOW! I hope Annita's story will inspire all of you to "get up and move!" I just took my first Zumba class last week and it was so much FUN!! Whoo Hoo!
